Evomon Evolution Timeline Every Stage Unlock Level

Complete evolution timeline for every EvoMon in Evomon. All evolution stages, unlock levels, stone requirements, and stat boosts — plan your EvoMon's growth from base to final form.

Overview

Evolution is the core of Evomon's progression system. Every EvoMon grows through stages, unlocking higher stats, new moves, and sometimes new types. This guide provides the complete evolution timeline for every EvoMon, including the level or stone required, stat changes, and the best time to evolve.

How Evolution Works

EvoMon evolve through two methods:

  1. Level Evolution — Reach a specific level and the EvoMon evolves automatically (or through the evolution menu)
  2. Stone Evolution — Use a specific evolution stone on the EvoMon to trigger evolution

Key rules:

  • Evolution is permanent — you cannot reverse it
  • Evolved EvoMon learn different moves than their base forms
  • Some moves are exclusive to base forms — check before evolving
  • Stone evolutions can happen at any level — you choose when
  • Stats jump significantly upon evolution, making it a power spike

Evolution Strategy Tips

  1. Never evolve immediately — Always check move learn lists first
  2. Learn exclusive base-form moves first — These cannot be re-learned after evolving
  3. Time stone evolutions around level milestones — Get the moves you want, then use the stone
  4. Consider PvP timing — Some base forms are better in certain PvP tiers due to level caps
  5. Save stones for the right EvoMon — Do not waste a Fire Stone on a weak Emberpup with bad Traits
  6. Evolve before boss fights — The stat boost can make the difference between winning and losing

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I reverse an evolution?

No, evolution is permanent in Evomon. If you evolved too early and missed a move, you cannot go back. Always check the move list before evolving.

What level should I evolve my Sparkpup?

Wait until at least Level 24 so Sparkpup learns Lightning Fang. This is its strongest Electric move and Thunderfang cannot learn it after evolution.

Do evolution stones work on any EvoMon?

No, each stone only works on specific EvoMon. A Fire Stone only works on Fire-type EvoMon that have a stone evolution path. Check the evolution timeline tables above for compatibility.

Where is the best place to farm evolution stones?

Boss fights have the highest stone drop rate at approximately 25%. Farm the boss on the island matching the stone type you need. For example, fight the Lava Island boss for Fire Stones. Visit the Boss Reward Guide for more details.
